Indonesia's BII shares open up 34 pct
JAKARTA, Oct 6 - Shares of PT Bank Internasional Indonesia <BNII.JK> opened 33.9 percent up on Monday at 415 rupiah after the stock exchange removed a trading halt imposed amid earlier uncertainties over plans by Malaysia's Maybank <MBBM.KL> to acquire the lender.
