5 Days Fujian "King of The Earthern buildings" + ChaoShan Tour |
Day 1: Singapore/Xiamen/Zhangzhou
Assemble at the airport, take the flight to Xiamen. After lunch, visit the golden beach and the island ring road. After that, you will visit the most important Buddhist Temple in Minnan-Nanputuo, originally built in Tang Dynasty. Then you will visit the Egret Park and the Island Ring road. Then transfer to Zhangzhou, you will visit the Nanshan Temple and One Hundred Flower Village.Accomodation at Huaqiao Hotel.
Day 2: Zhangzhou/Huaan/Dongshan (BREAKFAST/DINNER)
After breakfast transfer to Huaan country, visit "the king of earthen building"- Eryi building, then see the Dongyang and Nanyang building. After lunch transfer to Dongshan Country. For centuries, Donshan been an important out post of China, Qi Jiguang(a famous general in Ming dynasty) built the Copper Mountain Castle for defence, Zheng ChengGong trained his navy here, Shi lang dispatched his troops from here and unified Taiwan Island. Accommodation at Yangbo.
Day 3: Dongshan/Chanzhou/Shantou (BREAKFAST/DINNER)
After breakfast, you will visit the Wind Rocking Stone Scenic Area. See "the first weird stone in China"-Wind Rocking Stone, the Copper Mountain Ancient Castle(more 6 hundred years old) and one of four ancient Guandi temple in China-Dongshan Guandi Temple. After that, you will visit the Widow Village Memorial Hall. After breakfast transfer to Chaozhou, visit the Chaozhou Kaiyuan Temple,Thailand Buddlhism Temple, Beige Buddhish Lantern, The West Lake, East Gate building and one of four ancient bridge in China-Xiangzhi bridge, the river side culture corridor. After that, you will taste the free Chaozhou special products. Accommodation at Huaqiao Hotel
Day 4: Shantou/Chenghai/Xiamen
After breakfast, you go to the Dragon Spring Rock, see the Dragon Spring and Dragon Spring Temple. After that, you will see the outside of Shantour University, taste the Chaoshan Gongfu tea. Then transfer to Chenghai, visit Mr.Chen Cihuang's Former Residence. (it is one of best preserved and palace style building in Chaoshan). Then back to Xiamen, you will go to visit the Jimei School Village. In this place, you can see the Grave of Mr.Tan Kah Kee, his Former Residence and the Returnees Garden. After that, visit the Egret Park, the Tiger Brook Rock. Then you will visit the Hulishan Fortress see "The king of ancient cannon"-krupp cannon and Rong Guang treasure museum(It displays weird stone, ancient sword, cannon, gun and pistol).After dinner, you will take the ancient style cruiser, have a night cruise, see the views on both side of the Egret River. Accommodation at Hua xia
Day 5: Xiamen/Singapore (BREAKFAST/LUNCH/MEAL ON BOARD)
After breakfast you go to most famous and popular pedestrian shopping street-Zhongshan road. After lunch transfer to airport, take the flight back to Singapore. Taste Nanputuo vegetarian banquet at lunch.
